Straight after purchase by email as a digital ticket (PDF) with a QR code. You show it on your smartphone or print it out; nothing is sent by post.

The price depends on the validity period, on age and on the public transport option. The current amounts are shown in the booking window on the Prices page; longer durations are cheaper per day.

Yes, there are three age categories with tiered prices: adults from 18, youths aged 15 to 17 and children aged 3 to 14. Toddlers under 3 usually do not need a pass of their own, as most attractions admit them free anyway.

The pass activates on your first visit to an attraction on the chosen start date. From then on it is valid for the booked number of consecutive days, from 1 to 7. The days cannot be interrupted. Plan the first use within 12 months of purchase.

No. Each included attraction can be visited once free of charge per pass. A second visit to the same venue is not covered by the same pass.

No, the Hamburg City Pass is personal and non-transferable. Each pass is issued in one name. For your companions you book their own passes in their names.

Because the pass arrives digitally by email, you can download it again from the original email or print it once more at any time. If you cannot find the email, Turbopass customer service will help; the details are on the Contact page.

Only as an option. If you book the version with public transport ticket, you travel free in HVV zone AB for the pass duration on the S-Bahn, U-Bahn, buses including express buses and harbour ferries. Details are on the Public Transport page.

With the public transport option, yes. The airport lies in HVV zone AB, and the S-Bahn S1 between the airport and the city centre is covered. Without the option you need a separate ticket for the S1.

Free entry to more than 20 attractions and activities: among them the Michel, the Hamburger Kunsthalle, the International Maritime Museum, the Speicherstadt Museum, the museum ship Rickmer Rickmers, the Panoptikum and black-light minigolf. With the pass you go straight to the desk or entrance and do not need a single ticket. A guaranteed fast track without queuing is not offered automatically by every attraction; whether priority entry is possible depends on the individual venue.

One of two: through HafenCity with the Speicherstadt and the Elbphilharmonie, or along the Reeperbahn with the story of St. Pauli. Both are included in the pass; you choose one on site.

Yes. If you cancel up to 24 hours before the chosen start date, no cancellation fees apply. After that no refund is possible, and the pass must not have been used.

As long as the pass has not been activated, contact Turbopass support for that; the details are on the Contact page. Once the pass is activated, the booked days run consecutively.
